You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged product/warranty claims or delivery issues.

Return shipping is the customer expense but you can use our preferred rates. (Typically $20 CAD.)

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging may incur an administrative fee. It is your responsibility to ensure returned items are in good condition. 

Personalized items are not eligible for return. Please return any promotional items/free gifts (e.g., pins, magazines) that came with the goods.

Electrical items are not returnable. We reserve the right to reject returns or refunds for goods suspected of being purchased for non-private use, such as by agencies or companies using our eCommerce and returns system for commercial procurement. These goods will be made available for collection and returned to the buyer.

No Restocking Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees for returns.

Fast Refunds: Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to show up, depending on your payment provider.

Return Costs: Buyers cover return shipping costs. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new size to you free of charge.

How can I track my return?
Use your tracking number to check if your return has reached us. Once it’s delivered, allow 5–7 business days for processing. If you’re having trouble with tracking or delays, contact us for help.

How should I package my return?
We recommend reusing the original shipping box or another sturdy external box to protect the item’s original packaging. Make sure the original packaging is intact.

Can I return a helmet?
Yes, helmets can be returned as long as they haven’t been used on the road, and all original packaging and tags are attached. Helmets must be returned in their original box and placed in an additional external box. Helmets sent back only in their original box cannot be accepted.

To test a helmet’s fit, wear it indoors for about 20 minutes. If you feel pressure points, especially at the top of your head, it may not be the right size. Need advice? We’re happy to help!
