Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
Items issues: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged product/warranty claims or delivery issues.
Return shipping costs:
🇨🇦 Vancouver Drop-off: Buy online, return in-store. Free of Charge!
🇨🇦 Canada: ~$20 CAD using our preferred shipping rates (customer's expense)
🇺🇸 US: $30 USD ( We do not issue refunds on any duties or taxes paid as it is near impossible to do so )
Condition requirements:
✻ Items must be unused and in their original packaging
✻ Returns missing original packaging may be subject to an administrative fee
✻ You're responsible for ensuring items arrive back in good condition

Commercial use: We reserve the right to reject returns from buyers who appear to be using our store for commercial procurement (e.g., agencies or companies). These items will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
No Restocking Fees:
We don't charge restocking fees for returns.
Fast Refunds:
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to show up, depending on your payment provider.
Return Costs:
Buyers cover return shipping costs. For exchanges, we'll ship the new size to you free of charge.
Use your tracking number to check if your return has reached us. Once it's delivered, allow 5-7 business days for processing. If you're having trouble with tracking or delays, contact us for help.

We recommend reusing the original shipping box or another sturdy external box to protect the item's original packaging. Make sure the original packaging is intact.
Yes, helmets can be returned as long as they haven't been used on the road, and all original packaging and tags are attached. Helmets must be returned in their original box and placed in an additional
external box. Helmets sent back only in their original box cannot be accepted.
To test a helmet's fit, wear it indoors for about 20 minutes. If you feel pressure points, especially at the top of your head, it may not be the right size. Need advice? We're happy to help!
