Please note:
  • The minimum order amount to receive free shipping is $79. However, this amount may decrease depending on different promotions in place.
    • At checkout, you’ll be able to see the delivery date of your chosen shipping method which includes processing time.
    • You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.
    • Delays due to circumstances out of our control, such as snowstorms, hurricanes, credit card verification procedures or postal strikes, will not be counted as part of the allocated time for delivery.
    • All orders not benefiting from free shipping will be charged a shipping rate based on the weight of the parcel and the location of the shipping address.

Please note:

  • Due to supplier agreements, certain products cannot be shipped outside of Canada. The information regarding U.S. & International availability is displayed on the product page. If you place an order with multiple products, one or more of which cannot be shipped to your destination, we will remove those products and ship the rest.
  • Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all surplus fees (taxes, duties, customs charges).
  • Motohut cannot ship orders to EU countries.
  • U.S. and International orders aren’t subject to Canadian taxes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse U.S. and International orders.
  • For deliveries to the United States and other countries, The Motohut does not guarantee estimated delivery dates. Couriers’ sub-contract shipments & customs’ variables are unknown.
