The Klim Tactical Pant is a full-length compression base layer that delivers body-mapped impact protection where you need it most, combined with exceptional cooling and moisture management for all-day comfort in demanding conditions.
PORON® XRD® Impact Protection: Features strategically placed perforated PORON® XRD® Extreme Impact Protection pads that are soft and flexible during normal riding but instantly stiffen upon impact to absorb and distribute force:
- Hips: 9.5mm thickness - Maximum protection for high-impact zone
- Upper hips/sides: 9.5mm thickness - Extended side impact coverage
- Thighs: 6mm thickness - Protection for outer leg impacts
- Tailbone: 6mm thickness - Safeguards against backward falls
IMPORTANT: This armor is NOT CE-certified. PORON® XRD® is an industrial-grade polyurethane foam that performs well in real-world impacts but does not carry CE certification. Many riders prefer it for off-road use due to its low profile, breathability, and flexibility.

Fit & Sizing: Compression fit should fit snugly like athletic compression wear. The 4-way stretch accommodates various leg shapes while maintaining protective pad positioning. Measure your waist and inseam carefully and refer to Klim's size chart.
Care: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. The brrrº cooling technology and Polygiene antimicrobial treatment won't wash out, ensuring long-lasting performance.
