Approximately a decade after the introduction of the legendary RF-SR, the Shoei RF-SR2 returns with a refined design, improved aerodynamics, enhanced ventilation, and Shoei’s trusted AIM+ shell construction. It maintains the compact, classic profile of its predecessor while delivering meaningful performance upgrades for everyday and highway riding.

Shell & Fit

• Lightweight AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) multi-ply shell construction provides a strong, rigid, and resilient protective structure.
• Available in four shell sizes and four EPS liner sizes: XS–SM, MD, LG, and XL–2XL.
• Compact, aerodynamic shell design helps reduce overall bulk while maintaining the RF-SR’s recognizable shape.

Updated Styling & Aerodynamics

• The redesigned upper intake lines flow seamlessly into the shell for a sleek, compact appearance.
• A rear exhaust doubles as an integrated aerodynamic spoiler, creating a sharper profile without adding unnecessary bulk.
• Based on Shoei’s 3D wind-tunnel testing at 87 mph (140 km/h), the RF-SR2 reduces drag by approximately 1% and lift by 3% compared with the previous RF-SR.
• The rear spoiler and exhaust design work together to improve airflow and aerodynamic stability.

Ventilation System

• Wind-tunnel-tested ventilation system features three intake vents and two rear exhaust vents.
• Enlarged lower intake increases airflow by approximately 43%.
• Redesigned upper intake delivers approximately 21% more airflow.
• Larger shutter controls are easier to operate while wearing gloves.
• The lower intake now includes a half-open position, allowing for more precise airflow adjustment.
• Redesigned rear exhaust ports improve hot-air extraction by approximately 82%.

Interior & Comfort

• Adjustable, washable 3D Custom Interior System provides a personalized fit.
• Emergency Quick Release System (E.Q.R.S.) cheek pads allow for easier helmet removal in an emergency.
• The entire interior lining—including the cheek pads, upper liner, and chin-strap covers—can be removed for cleaning.

Shield & Included Accessories

• Equipped with a CWR-1 face shield and QR-E base plate system.
• Includes a chin curtain and breath guard.
• Comes with silicone oil and a Pinlock EVO fog-resistant lens (DKS301).
